This is the M17 FH5 4-Channel 2.4GHz Radio System from Sanwa which includes an RX-493 Receiver and 1S LiPo Transmitter Battery.
The M17 is the next flagship transmitter for Sanwa and boasts a color display, touch pad and FH5 Technology, all with an updated lightweight and compact design.
The included RX-493 M17 2.4GHz 4-Channel FHSS5 SRX/SSL Receiver is a FH5/FH5U and SXR response mode compatible receiver that features a traditional 100mm coaxial antenna with an integrated antenna tube mount, ensuring stable performance in about any situation compared to built-in antenna receiver units.
Furthermore the high-voltage compatible receiver is waterproof, comparable to IPX4, and it supports Sanwa’s SSL function. The unit measures 26×23.2x14mm, it weighs in at 6.2g and is designed to work exclusively with the Sanwa M17 radio system.

The MT-5 uses SUR Mode (Super Ultra Response) and is faster than SSR (Sanwa Super Response) found on the MT-44.
Combining FH5 and SUR mode will allow for an extremely smooth response and feel. Taking notes from the MT-44, this radio features a backlit HD display and may be powered by either three "AAA" batteries, or an optional 1S LiPo battery.
This combo includes a RX-493i receiver for great out of the box performance.

- RESPONSE OF TELEMETRY SYSTEM
- It is often said that telemetry system reduce response speed. However, SANWA Original Data Processing and Algorithm Design makes Telemetry possible without response speed reduction.
- Sanwa's Excellent Telemetry System has no response speed reduction.
- RESPONSE MODE
- Please do not use Analog Servo for SHR mode, SSR mode or SUR mode. If analog servo is used for SHR mode or SSR mode, the servo will be broken and will not work.
- Digital servo (PGS, SRG, Digital ERG, SDX series) can be used both for NOR mode and SHR mode.
- SUR mode can be used only by PGS series servo
- In SHR or SSR mode, BL-FORCE, BL-SPORT, F3300, SBL-02 and SBL-03CR do not work.
- Please use NOR mode for the above ESC.
Built around frequency-agile, DSMR® 2.4GHz technology, you can use the DX5C in any type of surface application, including boats.
Its range and response, particularly in noisy 2.4GHz environments, are superb. It's also backwards compatible with DSM2® Spektrum receivers. Smart Technology Compatible:

Specifications:
- The KT-231P+ 3-Channel transmitter operates on 2.4GHz and requires no frequency band control. Non-stepped (continuous) adjustment provides precision setting of ‘Throttle Trim’ to ensure the car doesn’t move unnecessarily, ‘Steering Trim’ to adjust the car’s straight line running, ‘Throttle Endpoint Adjust’ to set the amount of movement on forward and brake input and ‘Steering D/R Adjuster’ to adjust the steering control angle.
