The Revolution Ceramic Series bearings are a low friction bearing with several options to help satisfy anyone's desire. Instead of the steel balls they use silicone nitride ceramic balls (Si3N4).
A ceramic can spin at higher rpms with less drag and the life of the bearing is far greater than a steel bearing but in our industry we suggest that you maintain them with oil or grease every half-gallon to a gallon for the longest life possible. Another benefit to ceramics is the weight difference in the balls allowing for less rotating mass.

This is a 7x19x6mm Ceramic Front Engine Bearing from AVID Racing Concepts which offers the maximum performance and reliability to almost all .21/.28 racing engines on the market.
The bearing specs are Abec5, 7 G3 Si3N4 Ceramic Balls, PA66 with 30 Glass Fiber Cage, Chrome Steel 52100 Rings, and two rubber seals.
A ceramic engine bearing can allow most RC engines to spin an extra 500 rpm with less drag and the life of the bearing is far greater over a steel bearing.
Another benefit to ceramics is the weight difference in the balls allowing for less rotating mass (0.8g lighter then the steel ball version of this bearing).

Diagnosing: Typically you can tell a front bearing is going out if after a run there is a large wet spot on the bottom of your motor next to the flywheel. A little bit of wet is ok and usually just a sign of a rich low-end needle. If the bearing is bad your signs will be inconsistent tune and possible chance of damaging the crank/case if it completely goes.
Installation: The best way to install is to use a bearing puller/installer, OFNA makes a very affordable one. If you place the new bearing in the freezer for 15 minutes it will be easier to install.
Break In: For the first run of these bearings, Avid suggests that you fatten your motor up on the high-end needle so the ceramic balls will seat instead of skidding them.

The Avid 12mm Hex Track Width Spacers are a great way to adjust the width on any car using 12mm hexes with 5mm axles or less without having to change out your hubs. In other words, any modern offroad or onroad vehicle (ie: AE B5, TLR SCTE, and Xray T4). Typically this will help stabilize a vehicle by increasing track width and scrub.

This is a 2.5x6x3 Tungsten Carbide ball grooved thrust bearing from Avid Racing Concepts to be used in the popular Team Associated, TLR, and Serpent vehicles.

- Makes working on your diff so much easier.
- No more worries of losing a ball.
- When applying grease to it you won't get your fingers covered in grease from having to press the balls into place.
Tips:
- Steel ball, least expensive and easy to adjust the diff. However you will have to replace them more often and the diff will never be as smooth as a Tungsten Carbide or Ceramic ball version.
- Tungsten Carbide ball, this is what we recommend for most racers, the balls are more true than steel balls and slightly harder but still have a few imperfections which allows the ball to grab the the surface of the grooved rings easily. This makes it easy to set the diff tightness.
