This is a battery voltage checker and low voltage buzzer 2-in-1 unit from RC Pro.
Checking the voltage of each battery.
When the voltage is below the set value, it will buzzer with red LED light, pre-set value is 3.3V. Push key which can change the voltage setting and save.
A useful tool for outdoor/ indoor flight and when running Lipo batteries with ESC's that have no voltage sensing circuitry.
